About The Tea Room.

The tradition of tea is brought to life at Lady Estelle's Tea Room in historic Providence, RI.

Whether you are in a small group or simply meeting a close friend, Lady Estelle's offers you a true escape from the hustle and bustle.

Lady Estelle's give you a chance to enjoy the company of your family or friend and receive a true pampering. You may want to dress up in one of the nearly hats and boas and be silly, or enjoy the elegance of the fine china and silver.

In either case, you will always enjoy the wonderful food served in our High Afternoon Tea or Light Afternoon Tea.

Estelle Barada, aka Lady Estelle, took on this endeavor back in 2000 and has not stopped since.

It is the total customer experience that matters most. This beautiful  Tea is a way for you to step back in time.

As you step inside, the first thing you notice is a beautiful and cozy living room. Aside from the beautiful wall decorations , you get the feel of a true step back in time. Lots of lace, dollies and frill.

As you walk into the tea room, you step back in time to something out of an old English tea parlor with a touch of a southern flair. First impressions of fine china, linen napkins provide the look of elegance.

If it is a bit of fun you are looking for you can put on one of the many hats hanging on the wall and throw on a boa to transform yourself into whatever you feel.

In either case, you are greeted by your first of several tea flavors and Lady

Estelle's scones and clotted cream. Follow that up with an incredible display of fruit, finger sandwiches and other tasty treats in the tier trays that arrive next.

For those indulging in High Afternoon Tea, you are treated to some wonderful homemade soup prepared especially for that day. Top it off with a nice chocolate fountain or trifle (you MUST try this!)
